Sunday Slumber - Slow Flow and Relaxation

A 75 minute session to calm, relax and move kindly. We will ease into poses, rest in the breath and indulge in a long guided relaxation.

Yoga & Sound Wellness Retreat: Renew

Join Naomi & Sara for a spring equinox retreat; a morning of powerful breathwork, re-energising yoga, calming sound and nourishing food. Set in the beautiful Cross Barn, Odiham, Sara and I will help you wake up your body and mind as we move from the cold, dark months into the hopefulness of spring.

Sunday 22nd March: 10am - 1.30pm The Cross Barn, Odiham, Hampshire

We’ve chosen the brilliant team at EllieJade’s Kitchen to provide a nourishing brunch as part of our day too!

How will the day run and what is included?

You will arrive to the barn ready and waiting for you! All mats, blankets and eye pillows will be laid out so you can just arrive slowly and choose a spot.

A selection of hot drinks will be available, as well a delicious brunch of avocado toast and slice of homemade cake.

We’ll confirm the exact session details nearer to the date; there will be a breathwork session, a yoga practice and a sound bath included within our time together. In the week running up to our event we’ll send a detailed running order and final details to ensure a calm start to your experience.

Beginners are most welcome. If you have any questions about the retreat, including dietary or accessibility, just get in touch before booking and we’ll be pleased to help.

Introduction to Yoga Workshop - Fleet, Hampshire - TBC

Never tried yoga before or need a confidence boost before booking a studio session? This is the workshop for you!

This morning workshop is a one-off session, focused on introducing newbies or reintroducing those who’ve been away from the mat to the world of yoga and breaking down some of the barriers that prevent people from trying yoga.

I’ll guide you step by step through a breath work practice, some of the most well-known and most-used yoga poses and a calming relaxation.

I understand that yoga can seem a little intimidating from the outside, and it’s easy to presume “I am not flexible enough for yoga” or “yoga isn’t for people like me”! I’ll clearly explain and break-down each pose, offering variations where possible, so you can access yoga at your level of strength, flexibility, fitness and confidence!

Covering the main components of many general yoga classes - breathing exercises, physical poses and guided relaxation – this session will leave you feeling confident enough to make that yoga class booking that you’ve been putting off!

What is the refund policy in the case that I have to cancel?

Due to our commitments with venues and suppliers, our refund policy is as per below:

Cancellation 56 days or more prior to event date: Full refund
Cancellation between 55 - 42 days (inclusive of days 55 and 42) prior to event date: 50% refund
Cancellation 41 days or less before event date: No refund
