Amber Wellbeing is about honest yoga.

Run by me, Naomi, my weekly group classes are based in Fleet and Church Crookham, Hampshire.

Amber Wellbeing Hatha Yoga classes are focused on controlling the breath, flowing movement and calming the mind. Based on traditional Hatha yoga poses with varying options and variations for all abilities, I will guide you in yoga to build strength and fitness, improve flexibility and mobility, and help you gain some much needed headspace, helping you to tune into both your body and mind.

Warrior Fit is a fitness-focused blend of yoga and barre, and the weekly classes are all about moving our bodies, getting the heart pumping, feeling a burn and, most importantly, having fun!

Warrior Fit: Mum & Baby is a one hour session with 10 minutes to arrive and settle, 45 minutes of Warrior Fit and 5 minutes at the end to get packed up. Warrior Fit: Mum & Baby is a fitness-focused blend of yoga and barre with varying levels for that post natal period of recovery and regaining fitness. Your babies are our priority, and I understand all too well how they can be loud and unpredictable so feel free to cuddle, change, feed and comfort whenever you need to.

Group Classes

Classes take place in carefully chosen spaces in and around Fleet, Hampshire, and can be booked as a monthly course or as drop-in sessions depending on what works best with your schedule.

Yoga for beginners

The Amber Wellbeing 'Absolute Beginners' yoga courses and ‘Introduction to Yoga’ workshops take place in Fleet.

Beginner courses are made up of four 75 minute yoga classes over four consecutive weeks, whereas the workshops are a 2.5 hour session covering the need-to-knows of many group yoga classes, to equip you with enough knowledge and confidence to feel comfortable joining any group classes in future.

In both, you will be introduced to the world of yoga including a little of the history and theory of yoga practice, breath work (pranayama), physical poses (asanas) and relaxation (savasana).

You will be guided every step of the way to ensure you feel comfortable in body and mind.

Private Yoga Classes

Private Yoga options in Fleet, and the surrounding areas

If group classes do not fit with your schedule or perhaps you’d prefer to start practising on a 1-1 basis, then a private session may be for you! Sessions can be tailored to your ability and goals.

£45 per 60 minute virtual session or £55 per 60 minute face-to-face session (Fleet & surrounding areas).

Private 1-1 packages

The Absolute Beginner - this package is made up of 3 private sessions for those wanting to start their yoga journey in the comfort of their own home (or garden if weather allows!). This package costs £149 (Fleet and surrounding areas), please get in touch to check availability.

Ten Session Pack - whether you’re looking to start from the beginning or want to simply fit your guided practice into your schedule more easily and conveniently to you, this package is perfect for those looking to commit to their yoga practice.
