About Amber Wellbeing

Amber Wellbeing was founded by me, Naomi Jackson: a qualified hatha yoga teacher and Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, with a love for food, fitness, gin, dogs, travel, gardening and sunsets. Residing in north-east Hampshire with my husband and toddler, I like nothing more than sharing my passion for yoga and wellness.

Having practised yoga regularly at different studios and with different teachers for a number of years, I was inspired to train when I couldn’t find a class that I felt totally at ease and relaxed in. I want to break down some of the stereotypes that surround yoga (particularly in the Western world) and I know all too well how intimidating it can sometimes feel to step into a yoga class. Amber Wellbeing’s ethos is to ensure everyone feels part of the Amber community when they join a yoga class; please remember flexibility is a result, not a prerequisite!

I am also a qualified Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach (NLC). As an NLC, I have a passion for helping people regain control of their wellbeing and get the best out of life! Having spent the majority of my young adult life chasing the ‘perfect’ body type, missing out on delicious food, burning the candle at the both ends without a care for my health and never having true confidence in myself, I am now older and wiser, and very keen to share my knowledge to empower others to look after and respect their health. With a very holistic approach to nutrition, sleep, stress management and exercise, I use my knowledge and expertise to run workshops in both corporate and community settings.

When it comes to both yoga and coaching, my approach is welcoming, honest and without judgement.
