Welcome to
Amber Wellbeing
I’m Naomi Jackson, founder of Amber Wellbeing; an inflexible Hatha yoga teacher and food-loving Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, on a mission to inspire healthy living for everyone, and all ages.
The Amber Wellbeing community is welcoming and inclusive.
I have a holistic and honest approach. I endeavour to make people feel welcome, comfortable and empowered.
I’ll be both your yoga teacher and your coach, but most importantly I'll be your cheerleader!
On a maternity break…
I’ll be having a break from the business, with my family and our newest addition, from 17th February. Emails and messages via social media will be answered but slower than usual so please do bear with me.
Wednesday evening classes at Church Crookham Community Centre are still running with my chosen cover teacher, Keely, and are bookable here.
For all other enquiries, including Tuesday evening classes, school yoga, workplace yoga and private sessions, I will be back to work and teaching after the summer.
Thank you for your patience and I look forward to meeting you when I’m back! Naomi

Is yoga for me?
I often hear people say “I’m not flexible enough for yoga” or “the spiritual stuff isn’t for me”, and I’m here to get the message out that you do not need to be a stereotype of any sort, have a certain body shape, live a particular lifestyle or be able to touch your toes to enjoy yoga! Yoga is about taking time for you and just being in the here & now. And no matter what level you're working at, you’ll always be made to feel welcome.
